This month we welcome three (!) new first-year Ph.D. students to the group!
- Andrea Perez received her B.S. in Chemical and Materials Engineering from New Mexico State University, and will be working on a Dow-sponsored project to understand the emulsion behavior of mixed surfactants as replacements for PFAS.
- Anoushka Shandilya received her B.S. in Chemical Engineering from UC San Diego, and will be using high-throughput characterization tools to understand protein self-assembly and rheology.
- Siobhan Powers received her B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Northeastern University, and will be studying how chain topology can be used to engineer polymers with controlled single-molecule rheology and mechanical stability.
Welcome to the group Andrea, Anoushka and Siobhan!
